A Patio Made from Materials Reclaimed from the Old Kornhaus Bridge

For a private garden, we created a patio using reclaimed materials. Reused glacial boulders and natural stone slabs from Zurich’s former Kornhaus Bridge give the space a sense of history. The patio was designed to fit naturally into its surroundings and built with permeable materials that are both attractive and environmentally friendly. The result blends harmoniously into the garden and provides a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space.
